Wedding Design & Planning

Here at Oak & Honey Events our focus is on you, from your first consultation to your fabulous send off at the end of the night. Our expertise, customer service and careful attention to detail will make your planning and design process a fun and relaxing experience.

We are pleased to offer you the packages below as well as custom destination wedding planning. Full Planning & Design 

Our Full Planning and Design package allows Oak & Honey Events to provide you support and expert guidance from the very beginning of your planning process. Over the course of 14 in-person or Virtual meetings, we’ll work with you to develop an event budget and wedding design, and provide you with customized referrals for the very best wedding professionals for your budget, style, and personality. We’ll be there to collaborate with you on all the planning and design decisions you’ll need to make, like researching and booking your venue, choosing menus with your caterer, developing the wording on your invitations and programs, coordinating guest hotels and transportation, etc. Once you’ve chosen your wedding team we will serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, negotiating and reviewing all contracts, managing your payment schedule and coordinating all of your wedding production logistics. When your wedding week arrives we’ll coordinate your rehearsal, and on the day of your wedding you will be able to relax and enjoy yourselves while your Oak & Honey Event Planner and two Assistant Coordinators manage every detail from set-up to tear down and everything in between. We’ll even arrange for floral donations after your event is over!

Partial Planning & Design 

Our Partial Planning and Design package allows Oak & Honey Events to provide you with 10 in-person or virtual meetings where we’ll help you develop a budget based on your priorities, provide customized vendor referrals to develop your wedding team, design your decor elements and and coordinate with the wedding professionals needed to bring them to life. We will build you a custom wedding planning checklist, assist you with wedding etiquette related questions, and give you access to our library of planning tools to guide you as you make your planning decisions. When your wedding week arrives your Oak & Honey Event Planner and two Assistant Coordinators will coordinate your rehearsal and manage all of your “Day Of” activities including deliveries, set up, tear down and timeline communication with your wedding vendors, family and guests.

Wedding Management 

You are probably more familiar with the term "Day-of Coordination" or "Month-of Planning", but honestly? That doesn't really exist.
